The onsen at this hotel was fantastic, with a variety of baths to choose from, including an outdoor one. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to popular areas. The free beer and ramen in the evening was a nice touch.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to the main public transportation options and within walking distance to many great restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were top-notch in terms of service. Well-designed rooms with useful amenities - washing machine, onsen, complimentary beer and noodles. Extras like nightly ramen, ice cream, and bath/sauna were a nice touch. Polite and helpful staff, accommodating to special requests. Convenient location near multiple train stations and easy access to central Tokyo. Reliable internet connection.
